Giving the traditional dim sum of burst of new flavor, Spectrum Restaurant has been reinventing contemporary ways to enjoy this Chinese classic local cuisine. Guests will find a contemporary twists on old classics like Duck and Hoisin Pizza, Lobster and Tropical Fruit Salad, Scallop XO, Wagyu Kuotie Chicken Lap Cheong Fried Rice, fried wonton, and more – all of which tastes as good as they look, all served on the main buffet and live cooking stations. On the sweet note, there are Orange Mandarin Tart, Black Sesame Ball with Mango Sauce, Egg Tart, and more
from Fairmont Jakarta’s Pastry Team.

Shanghai Night Dinner Buffet is available every Wednesday, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Priced at IDR 508,000++ per adult, and Children ages 6 to 12 can enjoy 50% off the price above.

Guests can also choose from a selection of unlimited beverage packages, including juices, soft drinks, and additional at IDR 728,000++ for free flow of beer, red/white wine, and sparkling.
